Free Book Online Works better for all of us.
COMING THIS FALL:
I'm writing the book and posting it here online for free.
That way you don't have to pay $12.95 to read it and I get more readers. If you have five bucks, put it on my PayPal Donate Button. If you don't have five bucks, read for free. If you have way more than five bucks, click with multiples of fives on the PayPal button. That way the book gets financed and read as it is being written.
